Wholesale & Affiliates

The exclusive affiliate program will be available for a limited duration of six months, starting from the date of registration of the affiliate. After the six-month period, no transactions will be counted for the affiliate program.

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

Affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.

Affiliate might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If customer both click on the affiliate link and use coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.

Affiliate may also advertise merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram,... or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.

However, sharing personal affiliates links on merchants social media posts or profiles is not tolerated and will result in a termination from the program.

Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost,...).

For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on Affiliate Guide page.

Payments will only be issued for transactions that have been successfully completed and have passed the 90-day return policy window. The use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, allowing the merchant to review each referral order. The status of commissions is displayed on the Commission tab, while any paid commissions are listed on the Payment tab. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

We reserve the exclusive right and responsibility to process all orders made by customers. You acknowledge that all agreements relating to sales to customers shall be between us and the customer.

All determinations regarding qualifying links and commission eligibility will be made by us and will be final and binding on both parties. Prices for our products will be set solely at our discretion.

We use a 30-day cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.

Cookies day is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).

- Either party may terminate any Engagement at any time by deleting their acceptance of the Engagement through the Supplier affiliate network. Termination of an Engagement shall not terminate this Agreement or any other Engagement.

- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, provided that they provide at least five days prior written notice of such termination to the other party and Supplier. Termination of this Agreement shall also terminate any outstanding Engagements. However, all rights to payment, causes of action and any provisions which by their terms are intended to survive termination, shall survive termination of this Agreement.

- Each party owns and shall retain all right, title and interest in its names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, copyrights and proprietary technology, including, without limitation, those names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, copyrights and proprietary technology currently used or which may be developed and/or used by it in the future.

- We grant to You a revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce and transmit the name, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and proprietary technology, as designated in the Engagement or during the registration process in the Supplier affiliate network, on Your site solely for the purpose of creating links from Your site(s) to Our site(s) during Engagements. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement or permitted by applicable law, You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the same. You may not sublicense, assign or transfer any such licenses for the use of the same, and any attempt at such sublicense, assignment or transfer is void.

- You grant to Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and transmit any graphic or banner ad submitted by You solely for co-branding purposes or as a return link from Our site(s) to Your site(s). We will remove such graphic or banner ad upon Your request.

- You agree to abide by the Policies listed here, including the prohibition of tools such as paid search, TM+ biding or Downloadable Software Applications

- These policies may be updated from time to time by us and by continuing to publish engagements you accept the new and/or updated Policies. infringing these rules may lead to the termination from the program without prior warning.

- At any time prior to You displaying a Qualifying Link on one of Your websites, Advertiser may, with or without notice (a) change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of an Offer or an Engagement or (b) remove, alter, or modify any graphic or banner ad that we have submitted for an Offer or an Engagement. You agree to promptly implement any request from Us to remove, alter or modify any such graphic or banner ad.
