Order Processing Time

All Terramoss products are handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

Processing time: Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be carefully prepared before shipment.
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options and associated fees.

Standard Shipping: 7 - 15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, weather conditions, or courier policies.

International: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and selected shipping method. The total cost will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Import duties & customs fees: These are the responsibility of the recipient (if applicable). We will assist with appropriate declarations to help minimize additional charges.

Each item is carefully hand-packed using protective materials such as bubble wrap and cushioning paper to ensure safe delivery.

For international orders, we add extra protective layers to reduce the risk of damage during long-distance transport.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow the status of your delivery.
