In the final quarter of 2024, the Hanoi Association of People with Disabilities, in collaboration with the Research Center for Inclusion (RCI), organized a Job Fair specifically for youth with disabilities. The event drew more than 100 young participants and 14 enterprises from a wide range of sectors.

The event did more than just open doors to career opportunities—it served as a vital bridge, enabling people with disabilities to meet face-to-face with recruiters, confidently showcase their abilities, and find roles that truly fit their skills and aspirations. At the same time, it provided businesses a meaningful platform to demonstrate corporate social responsibility and actively contribute to building a fairer, more inclusive workplace.
