Job Fair for People with Disabilities: Bridges Woven from Quiet Determination

On the morning of August 8, the Hanoi Association of People with Disabilities, in collaboration with the Research Center for Inclusion Development (RCI), held a job fair dedicated to youth with disabilities, aiming to bridge the gap between employers and disadvantaged job seekers.

The event attracted a large number of companies from diverse sectors, along with hundreds of young people with disabilities who came to explore and apply for employment opportunities. Participants had the chance to meet recruiters face-to-face, discuss their skills and career aspirations, and find positions that match their abilities.

Far beyond simply recruiting new team members, we see events like this as an opportunity to share experiences, build connections with other businesses, and promote sustainable employment models for people with disabilities. Each such event is a small but meaningful step forward, helping shift public perception about the capabilities of people with disabilities. Behind every challenge lies remarkable resilience, talent, and an unwavering determination to live life to the fullest.
