First-ever “Green” Workshop Dedicated to People with Disabilities

On this journey of sowing positive values, Lilforest feels truly fortunate to have walked alongside the Hanoi Association of People with Disabilities (DP Hanoi), RCI Center, and Blue Dragon—our steadfast “big friends” who are always committed to building an inclusive and sustainable community.

Driven by the desire to create vocational training opportunities and spread the spirit of green living, we organized the “Green” Workshop—a preserved moss terrarium-making course tailored for young people with disabilities. The program consisted of two sessions: one focused on theory and the other a hands-on practical experience for the participants.

Through vocational training programs and workshops crafting preserved moss terrariums and dried-flower arrangements, we aim to open doors for young people with disabilities to discover themselves, explore career paths, and confidently pursue their dreams.

Beyond that, Lilforest goes further by providing stable, long-term employment for people with disabilities within the company itself—a workplace where every individual is respected, heard, and empowered to shine in their own unique way.

Lilforest will always be fertile ground, where dreams take root and grow. Here, we firmly believe: Every individual possesses their own unique talent; given the right environment, it will blossom.
