Once turned away from internships simply because he is disabled, Khắc Anh (born 2000) began to doubt the very abilities he had worked so hard to build. Yet at Lilforest, he discovered a place that sees people for their true worth, and in that gentle green embrace, he reclaimed the belief in himself that years of uncertainty had nearly stolen.

When Doors of Ambition Slammed Shut

Before Lilforest, the path was anything but kind. Fresh out of school and carrying the hopes of his family, Khắc Anh sent application after application, only to be met with silence or polite refusal, each one quietly pointing to the congenital mobility impairment he was born with.

“I was in shock back then. It felt like every ounce of effort I’d poured in was erased, just because of something I never chose” Khắc Anh remembers those heavy days.

In that haze of confusion and self-doubt, he could have given up. Instead, he made himself a promise: to keep searching until he found a place that judged him by what he could do, not by how he moved.

A Tiny Post That Opened a Forest

Destiny arrived quietly, in the form of a single job listing on social media. Two interviews later, Khắc Anh was talking with Trường, Lilforest’s founder, and for the first time felt seen, truly seen.

“When Trường shared Lilforest’s heart and vision, I knew instantly: this is where I belong.”

In April 2025, Khắc Anh stepped through our doors as Production System Manager for our handcrafted wonders, and the green canopy closed gently, protectively, around him.

Lilforest: Where No One Is Left Behind

The first days carried a familiar shyness, but a few shared meals were all it took. Laughter around the table, gentle teasing, hands reaching to help without hesitation—slowly, the walls came down. Warmth replaced reserve.

“Here, no one looks at me with pity in their eyes. They look at me like I matter—because I do” Khắc Anh says, his smile quiet but unshakable.

After nearly six months, Lilforest is no longer just a workplace. It’s a second home—a living, breathing canopy where every person gets to be seen, valued, and allowed to shine.

The young man who once carried the ache of rejection now walks lighter, speaks surer, and carries a message he lives every day:
